LDPE/HDPE film crushing and washing machine is designed for recycling PE PP films, waste industry film, house refused films and so on.
PE film washing line basic process as follow:
Belt conveyor – Plastic crusher - Friction washing dewater – High speed friction washer – Double V bottom floating washer – screw discharger – High speed dewater – Air conveying system – Hoper.
This device is only for reference. We give suitable suggestion according to customer's raw materials and different materials, device is different.

Advantages:
1. Crushing friction washing and dewatering three in one. It not only with function of prewashing, but also dewatering the most dirty water of PE PP films to reduce the drity water enetering the next machine.
2. High speed friction washer with three working zones design to ensure high working efficiency: first zone to remove dirty water of material, second zone to friction washing with clean water, thrid zone to friction dewatering.
3. Double-V bottom washing tank bottom is designed as coned with dirty discharging valve. While cleaning the washing tank, just need to open the valve, no need manual cleaning.
