In the running of the washing production line, we get the end products – PET bottle flakes
Also, there’re by-product--mainly PE caps and labels, which can be applied to many aspects.
By other washing lines and single screw granulator, these by-products can be made to PE granule.
PE granules has a wider application to injection molding such as plastic tray, plastic crate baskets, padding for modified granulation etc.
The application of final PET flakes:
About 60-70% of the PET recycled materials are used to chemical fiber and fiber industry.
About 15-20% of the PET flakes are used to make packing materials
The rest 10-25% of the PET flakes can be used in the fields of granulation, non-woven fabrics, etc

1. Bale opener/De-baler is made up of Automatic lift and De-baler. The Automatic lift will convey the PET Bottle Bales to De-baler to break the bales to bulk bottles.
Adopt specialized hard face gearbox.
2. Belt conveyor + Label remover
2.1 Blade material is alloy steel, the blade teeth are replaceable. Design of Arc Knife, the space between Rotary blades and Stable blades will be always the same to avoid breaking the PET Bottle necklace while Rotary blades and Stable blades rotating at 360 degree (The necklace is the best part in the bottle, the viscosity is the highest )

2.2 There are limit switch installed on the inspecting hole. The machine will be stopped while opening the door, to keep sure safety producing

3. Sorting table
3.1 With chutes to connect to crusher, to feed materials into crusher directly.

4. Crusher
4.1 Blades frame The blade of plastic bottle crusher using claw structure which with strong adhesion for hollow thin-wall products and sheet
4.2 Blade material can be customized: 9CrSi ( Russia material),SKD-11 (Japan Material), D2 etc.
4.3 Crusher open Adopt Hydraulic open. It can be opened and closed easily to allow changing of blades to improve the working efficiency
5. Steam washer
Hot washing for removing glue, oil, dirty. There are special design for discharging PP/PE labels and caps.
The steam washer1 is designed deep enough for separating PP/PE Labels/cap from PET; The depth of steam washer 2 is lower than steam washer because most PP/PE Labels/caps is discharged by Steam washer 1

6.1 For Separating PET from PP/PE Caps and Labels;
