Working Principle of Impurities Sand Separator: The sands will be separated from the film by the action of the centrifugal force of the main shaft, and based on the friction between the bottom Screw-thread steel and dirty film. The film will be conveyed to the discharger with the main shaft rotating, the sand/ impurity will be collected on the top of the machine.Impurities sand separator greatly improving the productivity and reducing energy consumption. The running speed of the machine is controlled automatically through the built-in pressure transmitter of the device.
