The line can be displayed "L" or "U" shape according to clients' workshop. We can also customize the washing line components according to client's material and product requirement.

Crusher Machine >>In the field of soft plastic crushing, to the toughness and high winding characteristics of LDPE film and PP woven/ Jumbo/Raffia bag materials, LIANDA has designed a special "V"-shaped crushing blade frame and a back knife type knife loading structure. On the basis of the original old equipment, the production capacity is increased by 2 times.
It is also ideal machine for the secondary cutting when positioned behind pre-shredders of recycling systems. |

The system will discharge the sink contaminants,such as sands, sludge, sink plastic, metals through the pneumatic bottom valves automatically. It will ensure the good washing condition of water. |
