Exported to Korea : 500kg/h Infrared crystal dryer + 500kg/h PET Sheet production line
The customer is the producer of PET Package. The old production line they use Conventional dehumidifier and crystallizer which the electrical energy cost is very large, and it needs experienced worker to operate, the final moisture is about 150-200ppm. So the customer want to use IRD to solve such problems and rise the quality of PET Sheet
So we make the processing as:
>> Raw material: 100% PET Recycled flake
>> Drying time 20mins
>> Initial moisture: 9000ppm
>> Final moisture 70ppm
>>Processing: Vacuum feeding --- Crystallization and drying at a time --- Vacuum discharging
